Prices include the provision of electricity, water and heating, use of services and accessories of the rooms and free wi-fi;

IN CASE OF NO SHOW THE day of arrival (NO SHOW) THE RESERVATION ‘TO BE CONSIDERED VOID, resulting in loss of the amount paid by the customer as security, or in case you are guaranteed with your credit card , will be charged the amount of the first 3 days out of 7, in all periods except the high season, and the entire stay in high season;
If canceled up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged;
For any extended stays (example 1 0 2 years), will require a security deposit equal to two / three months;
The time allowed to check in is from 10.00 to 20.00. However, by agreement, you can anticipate the time of check in, provided that the apartment has been left free the night before. In cases of early arrival time, you would like a previous communication by the host, so that we can organize and host to avoid long waits.
The time allowed to check-out is at 10.00 am In case of late check-out, guests will be charged an additional fee of 50% of the stay. In case you were to get guests booked for that day in that same room, and late check-out would create discomfort and prolonged wait the same guests will be charged a surcharge of 100% of the overnight stay;
All charges in case of client default will be applied directly using the data of the credit card provided by the customer at the time of booking;
If the customer departed in advance, we reserve the right to charge a penalty of up to 100% of total stay or the amount of Unused nights;
To make a booking you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to conclude a transaction. You agree to use credit cards or debit of your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction. You assume responsibility from the economic point of view for all transactions made with your name or your bank account.
